Doctor  Hari Srinivasan (7 September 1929 - 21 December 2015), referred to in scholarly circles as Sarvagan , was a disease specialist and Tamil brief tale essayist.


                            His granddad Krishnaiyar was a Tamil transcriber in the police force in Vellore. He had an enormous library and fostered his enthusiasm for advancing by perusing the books in that library at an early age. He is keen on composition and has composed sonnets and brief tales in papers . His brief tale 'Dream Story'( கனவுக்கதை) won the 'Artistic Thought' (இலக்கியச் சிந்தனை)prize as the best brief tale of 1971. A portion of his brief tales have been converted into English. His assortment of 41 brief tales and 3 short books of 500 pages has been distributed as a book named Sarvagan Stories by Narita Publishing House.
